ENERGY FOR CHURCHES
As your renewal date approaches Utility Management will present your Church with a range of options for your utilities this will include our 100% Green energy products for your PCC or responsible officers to review including different suppliers and contracts lengths. The PCC members or the Treasurer will decide if they wish to move supplier or stay with your current supplier, we shall undertake transfer of supply on your behalf saving you time and hassle.
Implementing the correct VAT declaration forms for your Church can result in you receiving thousands of pounds back in VAT over charges. We successfully implemented these forms for our Church clients who are paying 20% VAT, we offer this as a free service. Typical refund amounts range from £849 to £4329.
We offer a little extra for our Church clients.
Our MD Mr Palmer personally deals with all our Church clients visiting you at your Church where possible.
“Desmond at Utility Management gave us good advice about our church electricity supply and helped us to obtain a cheaper contract . We received excellent support throughout the process of changing our electricity supplier.”
“We’ve used Des Palmer over the last few years to manage our energy contracts for our Church and Church hall. We’ve made significant savings since then and are very pleased with the service provided. He’s clearly an expert within the energy market and it’s good to know we are in safe hands. It also takes away a lot of the worry and time spent in trying to negotiate our way through a complex market. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.”
“I am not too sure how many years that St Michael and All Angels Church Bramhall has dealt with Des Palmer of The Utility Management Company but I have some emails from seven years ago. During this time I have found that he has been very professional in his approach and advice to our church, which in turn has lead to a savings in both gas and electricity. I am pleased to recommend him to any church or charity remember he is only a phone call away”
Des Palmer has supported St Margaret’s for more years than I care to remember! As a busy church treasurer I am confident that we never forget renewal dates and ensure the church is not over paying. The contract changes are handled quickly and professionally by Utility Management and they keep me informed on the way. In addition, any issues that crop up along the way e.g supplier changing the rate of VAT charged or suddenly changing your 3 year contract to a 1 year contract are resolved efficiently. Des is always quick to respond to any email I send and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Utility Management.
Utility Management have been a great help in arranging money saving contracts, we have only secured because of their support. As well as advising helpfully on a tricky billing issue with a previous supplier.
I have been a happy customer for a few years now. Desmond Palmer is my contact at The Utility Management Company, and he is very approachable and provided great advice to us. His work with us has saved our church money, which is in no doubt.
I would certain recommend them.
